Colourwise Nursery is a wholesale nursery based in Peats Ridge on the Central Coast. They are one of the largest providers of plants to Bunnings in NSW. Because of their location they have always had issues with slow internet connections. Before the upgrade they were using NBN Satellite which was slow and outdated.
The three main issues we were aiming to fix:
- Internet speed inside of office
- Speed of online ordering system
- Experience for work from home users

Nexlo used a test StarLink device to assure that speeds and connectivity would work on the property. Nexlo then tested that all business critical apps would still perform over StarLink. Not only did they perform but we saw dramatic reductions in their online ordering process.
After testing, a new StarLink was purchased for the company and installed on the roof.
Project results
Internet speeds increased from 30-50Mbps to 100-250 Mbps
Ping times decreased from 700ms to 25ms (this dropped their online order times down by 75%)
Work from home employees now have a fast stable connection when remoting into their workstations
